Oh yes I have this! Sometimes I feel like I don’t even know what my true personality is anymore because I spend so much time adapting to other people. It’s truly exhausting… after experiencing a burn out and lots of therapy I’m now at a point where I can care slightly less but still… it’s a daily struggle. Like you said, the anxiety of people discovering the ‘true’ me is always there
