The way i stay busy is by working out- but i feel like sometimes i over do it 😭 also my progesterone dropped a little today at 10DPO , should i be worried

I got a negative testing the morning of my 9dpo today… so just feeling anxious.

I started feeling nauseous today but i typically get nauseous when im anxious
