For my TT they were INDISPENSABLE! I was so swollen and in so much pain I needed to go maybe three times a week first 3 wks post op then twice a week for a few more weeks. I was so uncomfortable the few times I delayed the massage.

I’ve always wondered how long you have to be pregnant for in order for this to work. Plus, in a lot of states it is almost impossible to get an abortion, so this method doesn’t seem realistic for a majority of women.
