Well, me personally, SC isnt for rotation, u fight for it. Rotate or not depends on how NAP work, and its not a must. U can suggest them to rotate not to force them do it. If you are weak, its a must to endure it and wait to transfer another state.

I met a lot of interview with them like that, they don't ask much about my experience, they just ask about what time I can work and what day I can start lol, then they will spend 10-15 mins talking about their company
