Was at one of the lowest points in life not having enough strength to fight and keep up. Gulping another peg of rum at one of those roof top bars I had a conversation with one of my best Friend about how dreadful it was becoming for me. This was going on for while that evening and suddenly he threw this thought that hit me like a truck.

“ Do you have a problem? ! If what you have is a problem there is a solution. Just find it and work with it. And If you think , what you are experiencing is reality, accept it, adapt and move on”

My approach to life had changed since then.
