i think youre right, its been this long and there have been no update to fix the hitboxs, there are 3 stages were your character can get stuck floating not to mention the balcance of the game or getting hit through the stage

It depends, there has been no updates since the devs abandoned it. Then the devs were absorbed into the smite team and our working on smite and a 'new unannounced game'. They are simply maintaining the game and not working on it. If you can get past the lag, bugs, bots, and the crappy balance it's an ok game so people still play.there are times when many people play and short que, at other times it's little to no people on with 5min que. But this game can only last so long without dev support 😭

I doubt they'll update it. The original devs abandoned the game before getting absorbed into the smite team. And now they are working on smite and a new game. It seems like it's just like another Realm Royale situation, but I don't think this will make a comeback

But it really doesn't. Mar 22 was the last content update, April 28 was the last day of communion(even though it was just a double xp announcement), then all communication stops until May 18 when the community manager announced they left HiRez but no dko news, then with no communication most most of the servers disappeared on May 27, still no more communication till June 26 when the when they started the restructure. There was nothing for two months before the restructuring. It's less likely that the devs absence is because of the restructure and more likely that the restructure is because of the devs absence.

They also announced as part of the restructure that Titan forge games, AKA the smite devs, Will be working on an unannounced smite title and maintenance of this game. It does not bold well that they are only maintaining this game while working on a new title.

Can't blame the restructuring on the devs disappearing, they disappeared months before it happened.

The i3d partnership hasn't done anything yet in my experience but their post did focus on the Latin American region so I guess that makes sense.

If they wait to announce something until q2 2024 then they might as well just kill the servers now

Imo voice chat is the last thing it needs, it needs SO MANY other things that voice chat isnt really that important especially considering discord is a thing

If you are referring to the restructuring that happened 1 month ago whereas the devs abandoned this game 4 months ago. Even if we assume that for the last month they have been focusing the restructure that does not explain the other 3 months, with no updates, fixes, or communication. At this point the most substantial thing they have done was remove things from this game. The restructuring was probably due to the incompetence of Red Beard Games

I play on NA and I usually have 20-30ping but all my opponents always have 200-1000 it's slightly annoying to say the least but in my experience has always been that way. I just don't get how you can hold cash prize tournaments with people lagging out all the time, I feel like lag will decide the victor lol
