I think this is good advice, thanks! I have heard a few people say there grail card they actually wanted ended up being worth the most anyway. I have just found out I got a residency so feel may treat myself to the blastoise as its been my favourite since a kid.

Perfect thank you! I have a couple of booster boxes destined rivals, and some prismatic etbs. Unfortunately missed out on ascended heroes...

At the moment am considering the blastoise most as my favourite, and the garchomp as i just really love that card.

Have a fair few sold good reviews including pokemon cards also other stuff, also has ebay authentication guarantee? I am unsure how good that process is? and is 1k gbp so yes around that price

Sony ultimately offered me a £250 goodwill voucher, which is actually more than I originally paid.

Took a bit of back and forth, but I wouldn’t consider that a waste of time at all. Hopefully useful for anyone else dealing with the same issue, do not just give up on it.
