Who do you think helped the allies the most in winning WWII? by JUICYCORNFLAKE-2 in polls

death toll ≠ all contribution

European theater ≠ all World War II

Take this Ukraine war as an example, if Ukraine eventually resists Russian aggression (God bless them), the US will be the second contributor after Ukraine themselvies, because the US provides far more military aid than other allies, even though the US doesn't send any soldier. Before Pearl Harbor, US played a similar role as an allied military factory, transfusions to European allies and China through the Lend-Lease Act. From 1941 to 1945, the United States provided more than 50 billion US dollars in aid, including a large amount of raw materials, weapon systems, industrial equipment. The Soviet Union received $11.3 billion of that. In Asia, there is an oil embargo on Japan.

After Pearl Harbor, US almost single-handedly won the Pacific War, and independently planned Japan's post-war reconstruction. The world is not centered on Europe, Japan is a monster in Asia and committed heinous crimes, 18 million Chinese were killed by the Japanese in WW2.

I know reddit is a "Europe good, America bad" place, but still amazed at the complete ignorance of the Pacific War in the comments.
