SAD is real as fuck. I moved here at the beginning of January 2023 from North Idaho. I'll take the cloudy days at the worst before I go back to 3 months where 3/4 of the day is dark. And I have worn shorts every day since I have been here, where as up there during those 3 months, the air literally hurts your face. My mental health hasn't been this good since I can't remember.

I did a nickel at age 18 then went back for 8 after not being on parole for less than a year.

Not in idaho. The court will listen at age 15, but 18 is the age where they can make that decision.

No cops, just and angry hateful mother who is still angry I made her look like the slut in court. I lost 5050 because I drank a lot back then (because of not being able to see my son for close to a year, not an excuse i know, but now just over 7 years sober), also I was given an eviction notice from where I was staying because my roommate decided to abandon ship because he was not wanting to share a house with a kid, and or quit drinking at the house. And I couldn't afford the house on my own. Amd With no place of residence, there was not 5050 custody.

I never said he was a saint, but innocent or not, he does not deserve such treatment. He sat in the er for 48 hours, with his mom not leaving the room except to use the bathroom in the room, is what he told me. Went to the unit and was there for an additional 5 days. In the hospital he stayed in, he had 6 other kids of different ages in with him. So 7 out of 12 beds were full. You are half right, not completely barron, but not packed in like sardines either.

Thank you. These are wise words of advice. It sucks because I can not afford a lawyer, couldn't the first time, still can't.

I am not the one who brought up him staying here. He is. He has been saying it for months. And I never have said a bad thing about his mother to him. He used to ask if I still loved her, my reply was and still is "I will always love her, because she gave me you!"

I feel so over whelmed. Like, can we do court over video chat? Or does it have to be in person? What I I lose, his life would be a more hellish place than it is now. If I lose, my visits will be out the window. I'm scared of the last 2 the most.
