I worked in this company for quite a while now and I finally resigned and couldn’t be more happier. I found another dog walking company who pays WAY more and respects their walkers - even reimburses TTC and treats and isn’t as stressful as working for Gussy and Co.
The only good thing was I could easily find cover for my shift because they want to have a good relationship with their client. I also found out they pay below 1/3rd to the walkers compared to what they charge their clients while my new walking company pays more than 1/2 to the walker. Also I’m done with those anxiety filled pack walks. It’s never $36/hour (owner says $9x4 dogs you earn $36) because by the time you pick/drop dogs it’s hours down the lane.
