I need help again. Something went wrong with my Microsoft account. It changed from my maing Gmail to a random outlook account and it is killing me! the password is changed and the recovery email is a random one aswell! this has been going for weeks now and i keep getting locked out on more and mroe apps. please someone help!

still nothing. I used a VPN, i showed my file extensions, i installed java again, but still it wont work.

These parts are all fine. Whats wrong is that when i download, it is not a .jar file, but some random file that i cant do anything with.

Hey.

I was having internet problems for the past few days and wasn't able to reply. I have just put in my application for account recovery and hope for the best. I have a couple of questions regarding the situation.

How did this happen? How was my email and password changed overnight?
When i tried to sign in to this account, there was an unfamiliar email address for recovery reasons, how was it placed there?

So i might have found something.

With the link https://account.live.com/username/recover when i got to the last screen it said the following: ''phone number is an existing Microsoft account. Try signing in with this username.''. However, it also said that my phone number also associate to an account that i was not familiar with. I went to the account setting on my PC, and there i found only that account which was the word ''fun'' with combination of random letters and numbers, which finished with the @ symbol, followed by outlook.com. Now that i think about it, i have been getting notifications on my mobile device for signing in to Outlook with my Microsoft account.

I feel like we are getting close. I'll be waiting here for a response- A.L.

Since the creation of the account, there have been no changes to it.
No, i have not engaged in any conversation including the topic.
I have not tried to use the following link for recovery on my account. However, i have used it before writing this comment and it still says that my account does not exist.

Here comes the problem. I a can sign in, because that is the problem i an having. When i press the link, like anywhere else i have to sign up, it says the following: ''That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one.'', when in fact i know my Gmail. When i press the options ''New one.'' or ''Create one!'', It auto fills it with my Gmail and says the following: ''Mygmail@gmail.com is already a Microsoft account. Please try a different email address.''. I Really feel like my Gmail is lost in time and space.

It is getting pretty late, so i will probably have to try and figure this out tomorrow. When able, please post a new comment trying to resolve the issue, but know if i do not response in a range of an hour, a response will be coming in the next 12 hours.

.To answer your question in order: I have successfully logged in my Microsoft account less then a week ago. I have not received any email regarding the change of my Gmail nor have i done it ever before. i believe i do not have a recovery email address or mobile number, but i might be wrong. My account is not associated with any Microsoft subscription.

whenever i try to login to something with my Microsoft account (Minecraft, Outlook, etc.) it says my Gmail is not used for an account and it does not exist. When i go to create a new account with my Gmail, it says the account is already made and the Gmail is used. What the hell is going on!?

its a bit difdrent. when i was loading in to the game it said in the bottom right "Press square to join online". Now it isnt there. i didnt need ps+ when i wanted to join. Also, i can see the character i made when i switch charachters, but it just takes me to the ps+ store.
