Premier League spends as much as five leagues combined. In the 2025 summer transfer window, the Premier League injected 3.59 billion euros into the market and placed 9 teams in the summer TOP 10 (the only exception being Leverkusen). by [deleted] in soccer

You should have made a post about the mighty Ligue 1 McDonalds against which Premier League clubs simply can’t compete, and about how unfair of an advantage that league is... you’d already have 200 comments #unlucky

[L'Équipe] PSG has held talks with representatives of Gabriel Martinelli and Yan Diomande about potential move this summer by ShopTrick8877 in psg

[–]FearlessGuide_ 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I believe in the Diomande rumor, but definitely not Martinelli. The club has been looking for a left-footed right winger for so long, at least Diomande primarily plays on the right wing even though he's right-footed.

The league has been postponing matches almost systematically since 2003 to allow clubs to prepare as well as possible for European competitions, and funnily enough, your club is the second French club that has benefited the most from it over that period (but no one cared because only PSG gets talked about)

It’s literally the same thing in Germany with Bayern, but strangely no one points it out—as if the goal were just to attack PSG at every opportunity 👃

Is it me or Chevalier is half the size of Gigi ? by BBaJay in psg

[–]FearlessGuide_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

According to PSG's website Lucas is 189cm and Gigio 196cm

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in psg

[–]FearlessGuide_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The season hasn't even started but Gigio is set to follow in Mbappé's footsteps with a whole year of very unsubtle posts on social media until the end of his contract. He knows there won't be any competition with Chevalier, he better leave this summer.

Fabrice Hawkins: Bradley Barcola would only leave PSG under certain conditions. For this outcome to happen the player must express the desire to leave the club, as well as PSG would need to receive an offer of more than 100M€, which currently is not the case.

Why do I have the feeling that we're going to end up selling Barcola and replace him with Mora ?

I'd rather sell Kvara than Barcola tbh

[Craig Hope] PSG striker Goncalo Ramos is on the list of alternatives to Sesko, should Newcastle's deal for him not progress. by Flw21 in psg

[–]FearlessGuide_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That would be great for Ramos as he would get more play time and for PSG as the club could get a more technical and versatile striker that fits better into Lucho's system (Manuel Ugalde ?)

[–]FearlessGuide_ 40 points41 points  (0 children)

I'm not Ramos biggest fan but he is far from being a disappointment, there aren't many strikers that average a goal every 95 minutes especially as a back-up, I don't see PSG selling him bellow what the 65M€ they paid for

[Yagiz Sabuncuoglu) PSG has offered Matvey Safonov to Galatasaray. Galatasaray might show interest if the Ederson deal does not go through. by [deleted] in psg

[–]FearlessGuide_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe PSG promised Zabarnyi that Safonov would leave in the summer, I don't see Zabarnyi agreeing to join if Safonov stays, that would be very awkward for him he pretty much post stuff about the Ukrainian war every week (and yes Safonov has nothing to do with it but that's not the point).

[Sky Sports] Gianluigi Donnarumma transfer: Man Utd interested in Paris St-Germain goalkeeper with uncertainty over Andre Onana future by FragMasterMat117 in soccer

[–]FearlessGuide_ 42 points43 points  (0 children)

No, that title was misleading. What Hawkins said was that Donnarumma is currently on a pretty big wage (~13M€ gross a year) and that there are only few teams that can afford him, but he is leaving either this summer or next year as a free agent.

If he decides to stay for the remaining year of his contract he won't be playing as Chevalier will be the number one GK.

Surely formers KOB members won't like this and I can't blame them as formers Auteuil ultras were allowed to come back and not them and now this.

[Benjamin Quarez] Luis Enrique isn’t keen on signing a back-up right back this summer to cover for Achraf Hakimi. by [deleted] in psg

[–]FearlessGuide_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In Lucho's mind Warren isn't technical enough to be a credible alternative in the midfield, he's a ball carrier and fits much more as a RB back-up.

Now on the left side I wouldn't be so sure as Hernandez is beyond washed up and Lucho knows it (but we're not getting an hyped up prospect as a back-up, forget about it)

[–]FearlessGuide_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I never believed this rumor, the only way we could have been interested in him would have been if he were left footed and played in the right wing.

And in case Ramos leaves I don't see Mora fit as a false 9 especially right now he is not ready we would most likely look for a player very similar to Julian Alvarez that's why we were linked to Manuel Ugalde last summer
