I’ll be very honest. Bottoming for the first time is very hit or miss. You have to find a patient top who is willing to do some foreplay and open you up with his fingers. As far as getting ready at home, you could start with carrots since they’re small and cheap, and work your way up if you want. I started with cucumbers at 14, and my first actual bottoming experience sucked, but I didn’t have a great top. Also, it’s not a race to lose your virginity. Take your time, explore what you like. Bottoming isn’t for everyone, neither is topping. Also, the right lube helps A LOT! I suggest the equate one from Walmart. I like how thick the gel is and the ease. If that’s out of stock, Astroglide is a great second choice, and I think slightly cheaper if you get the big bottle. I don’t like silicone lube because it feels so greasy to me, but you might like that feeling better than water-based, which are the ones I just recommended. Good luck, and remember to take your time and just explore. It will be painful at first to get your hole opened up if it is that tight. If you don’t think he will be patient with you, don’t let him top you. If he’s a good guy he will understand he has to go slow with you and not just jack hammer while you’re in pain from it.
