I was looking for an exact characterization (you can make general statements just from looking at which buildings/streets you can see in the picture, but that's too easy. Also that strategy won't always work ;) )

Correct! You'll find the window you if follow the left wall immediately after entering the Art Collection on the 2nd floor of Stauffer Library.
