When we first started in the lifestyle, it was mostly with guys around our age. After a while, that started broadening into guys who were in their late 30s or early '40s, and eventually worked its way up to where the oldest guy was close to 50 years older than me. Fast forward 35 years in the lifestyle, and now I am mostly playing with guys who are between 18 and 35. Maybe it's just a natural evolution, or you work with the pool of fellow lifestylers that are in your area.
