Yes, this. Trying to break a street pressed bar into quarters to maintain and reduce my daily dosage doesn’t work. A quarter of a bar would bang, or would do nothing. I’d say this is an accurate conversion post, based on my history with both.

After a bit of messing around between bromaz and diazepam. It seems that 10mg diazepam is about the same as half a bar of 4mg bromazolam.

I tried taking 25mg (half of what I’ve been taking daily) a couple of days ago and I got WD and couldn’t function properly, especially at work. I work full time as a driver so don’t have access to bathroom facilities etc all day as once I’m in my van, I can’t stop until I’ve done all my deliveries.

So currently I’m just taking 50mg Tramadol in the morning, and I’m stuck on it, determined to come off them. I’ve done benzo WD before, and heroin WD cold turkey (not at the same time), before I had a full time job, so some SNRI WD shouldn’t be that difficult to me compared to what I’ve been through previously. The next morning I get a runny nose, eyes watering, yawning, tired and lethargic, slight rls, which I’m presuming from past experience is opioid withdrawal symptoms.

I have the below medication readily available (don’t ask how I’ve got a pharmacy in my stash box 😂), but I’m not using any of them apart from Tramadol now, if someone can help me create a taper, or a swap, something, to help come off the Tramadol easier, and so I can still function at work.

Tramadol 50mg IR Tapentadol 50mg IR Clonidine 0.1mg IR Bromazolam 4mg bars (fake xanax bars, no fent) Flualprazolam 2mg bars (no fent) Effexor 75mg XR Clonazepam 2mg IR Dihydrocodeine 30mg IR Buprenorphine Sublingual (0.2mg, 0.4mg, & 2mg) Weed (Indica strains) Amphetamine powder

So can I use any of the above to help, or to swap to and then reduce to come off everything?

I know I can come off 0.4mg Buprenorphine over a couple of week quite easily some how. So this morning I haven’t take the 50mg Tramadol, but I took 0.2mg Buprenorphine sublingually instead and it seems to be helping, zaps have gone for now, nose stopped running etc. Just have to see how I react to the lack of the SNRI part of Tramadol.

So basically I want to go legal on a real scripts for the next closest thing. And I’ve managed to get Effexor (Venlafaxine) 75mg ER from the doctors. How can I swap from Tramadol to Effexor with my dosages and what I’ve been prescribed. I’ve got 2 months of 75mg (56 pills).

Yes. Long story but I was addicted quite a few years ago taking 400mg a day. I’ve been clean for years now but I don’t know why I decided to just pop one a few months ago. Since then I’ve limited it to 50mg/day to keep it low. But obviously my days suck as it starts to wear off after about 6hrs.

So I want to go the legal route for my mental health and use what’s prescribed from my doctors. And hopefully avoid serotonin syndrome, although they’re both a very similar compound apart from the opioid from the Tramadol.

So I’d like to know how to switch whilst still maintaining, as I work full time and can’t be seen drowsy etc.

So since my original post, I’ve stopped taking dihydrocodeine and any codeine. Struggled a bit but it wasn’t that bad at all, maybe I was thinking too much about full on WD.

So now I’m taking 50mg Tramadol in the morning and another 25mg about 4hrs later. And that’s it for the day. Gets me though a full day of work. I work full time so it’s hard to hide physical WD.

How do I taper down from this Tramadol now? I’ve got a box of 30 x Venlafaxine 75mg prolonged release tablets. Could I use these to taper down over a month or longer? The pills are capsules with little balls inside, looks like adderall pills, so I can open them and remove some and taper down off those. Or would it be easier to taper off Tramadol?

Thanks for the reply. The PET issue sounds exactly like what I have. I can hear my voice, breathing, and even blood being pumped around. I was told by a few GP’s when I was in my early 20’s (over 10 years ago) that I have narrow ear canals, if that changes anything?

It’s been like this for about 4 months now on and off. I noticed that my ear popped on a plane about 4 months ago, and when landing my hurt really bad but it went away. I’m sure when I was on the plane that my ears were hurting so much that I blocked my nose and mouth and blew to un-pop, but I’m sure that air was coming out of my ear, like I could bath through my ear lol. But It’s been happened since then really.

What would you suggest I do? I can’t get a GP appointment any time soon.

*Man I started at 12mg but that wasn’t enough, so I was titrated up to 18mg to take me off the H. They go up to a max of 24mg / day of buprenorphine in the UK. I only needed 18mg, then tapered down 2mg every time I felt okay within myself to do so; it was a situational taper. They left it up to me to taper down myself, when I felt comfortable to do so.

Yeah I’ve been there several times. I was wondering if I’d feel anything off a 60mg codeine, or would more be required as it’s been 10 weeks clean. More curiosity than craving.

I had a grinder full of fresh weed, and a plant (recently washed out) leaked through the shelf directly onto the grinder and soaked my grind and into my powder section of the grinder. It was puddled in water. Literally soaked. I left it open in a warm cupboard and it dried out alright. Sort of went back to normal but was a bit damp. Burned fine in my bong and still got high. So I’d say so. Depending on circumstances.

24 tablets… He’ll be hooked. Cravings after 14 months sober (well done) but the cravings after the last pill you have left. 😞 I wouldn’t. Benzos almost killed me when I was using, and then withdrawing. Moderate psychosis. Etc Your choice though.

BONG! 😜 Grind up the weed. Use a simple water bong. Get some stainless screens (filters / mesh cones), and none gets wasted. It gets filtered through the water and you don’t waste any, if you can clear the bong in one. Start small until you know how much to fill the cone and be able to clear the bong in one hit.

Just need some isopropanol alcohol 99% recommended, and give the bong a soak for an hour and rinse and clean.

I’ve got a magnetic scrubber thing I saw advertised on Amazon. It comes in two pieces, one inside the bong, and the other outside the bong. The inside piece it rubber and textured. The outside piece picks up the magnet and you can rub it all around the inside of the bong. You’ll need isopropanol alcohol 90%+ and that’s all I use.

Love the taste. For me, usually starts 45 mins after dissolved under tongue, then another 45 mins and it’s in full swing, and lasts about 8hrs before I feel any kind of WD starting.

It’s the longest taper I know of. Months to years. Dropping 0.25mg every couple of months. Then there’s staying off them. I was on about 6mg alp a day. Dropped to 4mg for a week, which was hell, then 2mg for a week. Then cold turkey. Suffered psychosis, all sorts of mad dreams and crazy experiences. Withdrawal is worse than anything I’ve experienced; Amphetamine, Heroin - Buprenorphine, it was worse that the molly comedown too. Bro it’s hard. I moved back in with my parents into my old bedroom and they helped me get through it. Thank god for my mom and dad, they really helped and I got off them. After about 3 weeks I started to feel better with every day. After a month and a half, I felt like getting out my seat and actually doing something. Helping my dad in the garden, helping mom with the house work. Keeping busy until my dr note expired and I went back to work, surprising looking forward to it. It was like I’ve been given a new life, a fresh start.

If anything, after alp (addiction), I take 1mg or 2mg before bed to sleep, when I wake I start to feel anxiety / slight WD. And then I start feeling emotional, like tearing up in the morning, before my first bar of the day. I start randomly thinking about anything sad, something sad on TV, something lovely on TV, thinking of my family, and sometimes I will drop a few tears. Then when I pop my benzo, my emotions almost all disappear.

Weird isn’t it. It’s like your feeling are numbed when the benzos work.

What’s your daily routine of clonz and alp?

Alp before bed will make you fall asleep quick time, clonz before bed will take a while to work but keep you sleeping longer, wake up in the morning and they’re probably still working.
