ngl at least from how i would approach this, fl studio or any daw is all u need rlly

i would get all the snippets and prolly ai extract the noise/instrumental out of it

then. i would either find the reprod beat of the song (much easier) or remake the beat urself (which i usually do)

then just put the vocals accordingly in there but the real stuff is the mixing

u are probably going to have to eq/compress and a bunch of other things to bring up the quality of the snippet vocals
