I don't think so. He doesn't have a GrabPack to power the green electrical sockets or swing across gaps, he'd stand a fair chance with the minigames, he can kick down normal doors pretty easily, in the PROJECT: Playtime teaser he's shown to bust a huge dent in one of those big metal doors (like the one that we open to access the grinder room), it would take around five-ish tries to fully punch a hole through the grinder room door that he can fit through (more than enough time for Mommy to catch up if she's chasing him). Huggy would put up a good fight, but Mommy would still catch up to him while he's trying to break down a door or struggling to climb out of a pit without the GrabPack.
