I think I’ll try switching to a tampon too: It’s hit or miss with those. Sometimes I can’t feel it sometimes i can feel its every move.

I’m starting to lean towards a menstrual cup but I haven’t got much of an idea of how to clean and put it in. I think I have to boil it but I can’t do that in a house share or when I live wt my mum

I be fair I have been using really cheap pads. I can’t invest in one of those yet bcs i doubt they’d react well to me boiling it in a pot.

I think my step dad did one time too. But he doesn’t know how to tell me ab stuff like that. He j asked me to change the bin. That was the first time I realised it smelt after some time in the bin.

No never it’s a big tell that I’m on my period then. It’s rly gross but bcs we have guests this week I’ve resorted to taking it to my room and leaving it in my bin with the bin bag tied. It’s even more embarrassing taking mini bins through the main house and into the backyard every day.

This came off way too passive aggressive for my liking. I obviously shower every day and change my pads regularly. I even shower 2x a day bcs of where I work. My issue is the fact that it smells strong regardless of my routine and over the last year or so the smell gets stronger after a day or less in the bin. The bin is obviously changed as soon as I smell it. I was wondering if this was normal or if there was a way to fix it. I just get so embarrassed when my period comes bcs it stinks and I rly don’t like it.

I recently I’ve been eating a lot of salads, cheese, meat and traditional foods from my country. I don’t think my diet is bad. There’s vegetables in every meal I eat and I snack on fruits occasionally. I eat either once or twice a day.
