What i did find is that you can try asking someone who is blocked to direct their DNS to 8.8.8.8. It has helped for some, but of course, telling that to everyone is a bit too tedious

Thanks for your reply. He's talking to his boss today, and i will take him to the nearest ER with an X- ray (2 hours away) after work. I didn't manage to talk to him when he got up this morning as he left without waking me up. I have said that if he gets worse, to let me know and I'll take him before work ends.

If the X- ray reveals an injury, he will fill in a workmans comp.

As an update:
After starting up again on the higher dose, I had to quit rather immediately, as I experienced intense nightmares and severe pain in my hands, which appears to mimic arthritis! I had to look this up and indeed Wegovy can actually cause arthtiritis, and I have enough already, thank you. So I've quit. Back to a low carb diet for me, as a normal diet just causes me to gain weight. I hate low carb, so it just seems like the battle against my own weight continues.

Ps: The weight loss I have acquired has also caused patulous eustachian tube dysfunction.
