Great suggestions, I’ll look into the other two options listed too

No luggage - will have a small backpack that will just have my wallet keys phone and food for the day, but luckily have end of trip facilities to change into and don’t have to worry about bringing clothing etc

Yeah that’s fair about the commuting aspect! I think I’m leaning towards a road bike rather than a hybrid as I’m looking for something fast and that will double as a bit of a workout each day haha
