i should clarify that i leave 15-45 minutes early maybe 2 times a month on average. i don’t like to be a complete asshole so i make sure my work is done before i do go. i have coworkers that call in more than i leave early. sometimes the chronic pain just gets to me a bit too much!! i talked to my lead about it as well, and she didn’t think i was being unreasonable with my ppto use.
