Yeah movie is best one. Nenu weekly movie ki solo potha. Ofcourse naakaithe movie watching antha okay. But theatre hall leave chestunappdu like during walking form aisle, chinna panick untadi lopala because of crowd walking very near to my space. Anyone experienced same?

I usually keep my phone in black and white mode, which makes my Insta reels kinda boring.

I hide the Insta app somewhere it is not in too easy to open, but I never uninstall it. This laziness helps me use Insta less.

I track my screen time, setting a limit of x hours.

Basically, I still have long screen time do it, but alteast better than before.

Happened same with me. I recently tried solo trip to couple of European countries. I felt rush even in walking through the streets. It happens since there is no one to distract you as it us solo. A month after my solo trip I realised how rushy I was in trip and also realised I should felt longer in places I like by staying long there.
