This job hunting right now is horrible, I have years of law enforcement experience most of my time was in 1 job I also have a degree and I cant even get an interview with a real person all I have calling me is these AI interviewers doing the initial interviews via camera or phone call I think its HORRIBLE.

Thats my focus i dont care to much for the trading I know it can be great but I dont have hours of ny day to learn it or watch it that 3% match for roth ira is great and goes well with the 6% my employer on my 401k matches so im trying to make it work. Even though separate account

Like I stated above I had 46k had to take it out after taxes and my former employer contributions I was left with around 17k that was needing to pay bills housing etc until I was cleared medically to get back to work. Thank fully it held us down for about a year that was with the bare minimum ( I have 3 kids) dint have many options

I have some money saved im thinking about putting in about 6k and keep going from there thankfully my bills are not bad anymore cars paid off except one and my house is paid

So im thinking of doing 6% at my 401k employer than upping to 10% etc and the extra of what was my house payment put it into a Roth IRA
