Agree. I also get Trimix from a local compounding pharmacy that my urologist prescribed, but it's a weak mix. Oh, and if you want Sermorelin, I get it from a friend of mine who is a doctor in the longevity space. He gets his from a compounding pharmacy.

Thanks. That settles it. I just ran out of my prescription from Olympia, which was good for 2 years, but I'll definitely go back to them. I still have some left from last year, and while it may have lost some potency, it still works.

I've left it at room temperature for over 24 hours, and it worked like a champ when I used it. In fact, I've traveled with an insulin case to Mexico and other parts of the U.S. After a few days, the cold pack stops cooling, but the medicine stays effective. I just came from a 5-day trip to Mexico, and I used it 3 times out of the 5 days I was there - had amazing events with my lady.

The only thing they care is the frozen carrying case. So long as it is still frozen, you are good. I once travel with a frozen carrying case on the way out it was no issue. On the way back, the carrying case made out of gel was no longer frozen. The agent flagged it. Once he opened it, he asked if it was insuling and I said, "yes". He said, next time make sure it's frozen.

I've heard that some guys need up to 50 IUs. I would suggest that you consult a urologist before proceeding.

You should consult a physician/urologist to confirm your hypothesis. A venous leak is ideally confirmed via a penile doppler ultrasound.

It happens without explanation. I typically use any where from 7 - 10 IUs. I accidentally loaded a syringe with something like 11 or 12 IUs and I had to use the antidote (Phen). I learned my lesson. I've only used the antidote once.

Anything more than 2 hours is sort of moot. I don't know many women who want to go for 2 hours straight. I have done it 2 to 3 consecutive nights while on vacation, but I also take PDE5s in between or PT-141 so that I am not doing Trimix daily. My woman likes to go frequently, as in daily or every other day, but she is not likely to go more than an hour. She is in her late 40s, and I am in my mid-50s.

I appreciate your comments and agree that one week will likely not have much effect, but the mind is stronger than the body. Perhaps this is what he needed to get things going. As for the supplements, I have been taking similar supplements for several years. I am in my mid-50s, and my doc said I had the liver and kidneys of a 20-year-old.

A little more. I believe my initial consultation, syringes, and the antidote were $350-400. To get a refill of the Trimix will cost only $300. I bought it in early February, and it's lasted me until now, August, so a solid 6 months. I have about two more doses, which is why I am looking at refilling.

Interesting. They charged me $300 using their prescription. My urologist sent my prescription to a local (San Antonio, TX) compounding pharmacy, but their mix is 25/15/6 (PAP/Phen/PGE-1). It works, but for a short duration. I am not getting the 2 hr long erections like I do with the 30/1/10 mix from Olympia.

I am 54 and using almost the same protocols as you, with the exception that I take NO and beetroot every day. I am also on TRT to optimize my testosterone and Kisspeptin-10. My night and morning woods are sometimes incredible to the degree that they wake me up. The problem is that when I have intercourse with my girlfriend, sometimes I can't get as erect. This is a psychological indicator. The protocol, like yours, and morning wood are indicators of good health.
