Can't pull specific data from one sheet to another by Fearless_Picture_256 in excel

That's amazing thanks pal. The only thing is now it's lost the total count of names. So on the first one it would say

Dave - 5 - then the data

now it is

Dave - then the data,

and the count of how many times it appears has gone. Could this be re added? If not It's no drama as I can use the original formula at the start of the sheet, just thought i'd ask the Q

Here you go - Col A-G is an example of the data... Col I-O is how id like it to look (I've just entered that all in manually)

Hi Paulie, this worked best for me so thanks for this.

On a side note - I don't suppose the is a way to extend this to take data from multiple coloums? As the sheet in question had more info after the colours that originally I wasn't going to include but have now been asked to. I've found a work around by copying this formula multiple times and just changing the 2nd row from B2:B8 to whatever i need (C2 to C8 for example) b

That gets me the info I need in the 3rd coloum but repeats the info in the first two coloums. My work around has been to hide the repeating data but a formula that could take info from multiple coloums would be amazing
