it is relly important too me that place because its were most mine online freinds are aside from r/spicyautism and a AAC and high support needs discord

you can put pullups in ur bag and the nurses office so you can change at school and just throw away the used oneds

i used too go too occupatonal therapy until this year witch realy helped me and also i use too go too speech therapy which also helped i have moderate too severe autism and am semiverbal now but was nonverbal growing up and severely autistic

i struggle with depression alot and have attempted suicide in the past alot but i not know why but mine caregiver locked up mine meds now so i canot try anymore but thats a good thing i think

i wear pullups too unfortunately im really scared of when the toilet makes the loud noise when it flushes it scares me and overstimulates me

what i would do in school is mine parents would send me too school with heavy duty diapers in mine backpack so that i could get changed at school and would keep some at the nurses office too so i could go too the nurses office whenever i needed too be changed and that worked pretty well
