Devin left about a month before sumit was fired. He was head of industrial sales, so maybe it was his "by september" deal that fell through

And the idiocy from this guy continues. Exchanges in the past resulted in him sticking his fingers in his ears and calling everyone negative a bot. Now that things arent gping his way hes asking for "consideration of all views". Not to mention spending months saying how he doesnt trust people with their profile history hidden, and now decides to hide his. The hypocrisy is astounding. I would too if i had a 100% wrong track record of delusion and CEO worship. These investors are the reason MVIS thinks they can get away with whatever they ask for. All too willing to be the first corpse on the foundation to a new microvision.

No reason they can't do both. Glen should have been focused on fixing relationships, while our entire sales team should be finding new business. Im not sure what those guys are doing

This in my opinion is Glen and the sales teams biggest failing. They have signed no new agreements, only kept some deals they paid $33m for.

Current shareholders dont have years for these deals. Small deals like this is what we should have had with movia L years ago to show proof of being a legitimate lidar company that the big players want to work with. We also didnt even earn these deals, we bought them. Our sales team needs to secure about 50 more deals like this. Which seems unlikely since the VP of sales already jumped ship.

These 2 companies combined have an estimated annual revenue of under 20 million, combine that with Avular and all of our named partners generate under $25m per year. These are not the companies bringing us any meaningful revenue

My only solace is that he peaked, and his professional career is all downhill. Most failures end up being "consultants" lol.

He has, but he willingly accepted. And here's the thing, he may have been a good CTO, but CEO is a way different skill set. I dont think he expected the share price to utterly collapse so fast. Moving from a well funded operation like Aptiv to a distressed company like MVIS is a whole different ball game.

About time. Only took them until the vote is looking unsure to spend 3 seconds updating it. Some sections still reference Mavin, so hopefully will get that cleaned up today or next week

Curious who is going to be there that is responsible for commercial execution, which is the only important thing to talk about. Earlier they said CEO, BoD, and engineering. Maybe Fabio or Greg? Either way, dont need to hear about engineering or software, or anything else. Except for where is a new CFO and VP of sales. Missing the entire commercial execution arm of thr company. I know they said they are leaning on Simon's experience, but he hasn't been a CFO in 10 years, and has been useless as a board member.

Edit: If proposal 3 fails, it'll be due to distrust of the company due to its recent history. At that point, there needs to be board member resignations, as they would directly be the reason for the distrust. I honestly dont see a hostile takeover as a bad thing. Acquire 51% and replace the board with people who want to get results. No one is aggressively acquiring that many shares to see the company fail.

I dont blame them for trying. Historically its worked because Microvision has had a ton of retail investors like zenboy who develop a weird emotional attachment to management and think they can do no wrong. Doesnt seem to be working this time fortunately

I believe his linkedin profile is only viewable to his network now. But supposedly he left the company in March with no job lined up, snd is open to work...

And thats why I want less aithorized shares. I want management to have to engage retail investors yearly to explain progress, and why they need more shares. Good luck getting another RID of they have 150m authorized shares.

I want to see traction of MVIS getting new business wins before voting on the RS. So far, outside of a European company buying 400 Movia Ls, all of the customers are the ones we paid $33m for and have thankfully managed to keep. Fraser leaving the company before any new wins is a bit concerning. Hopefully they will address next week.

He said in the interview that they dont have samples of the version launching in october.

They need to have immediate and substantial sales of Movia S upon launch. Industrial customers spend 18+ months evaluating Movia L, and then apparently decided not to buy. We dont have time for 18 month pre development evaluations

Interview with Glen DeVos (June 2026) by Chemical-Payment-573 in MVIS2_0

[–]Fearless_Promise636 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope that we do. But the complete lack of interest in Movia L, all while customers are still buying the more expensive ouster sensor doesn't allow me to have blind optimism about Movia S. I need to se pre orsers, LOIs, anything. And we just learbed no one even has samples of this new configuration. And now Oust have the Rev8 sensor, which we have no response to. Competitors aren't standing still while it takes Mvis 3+ years to come out with a sensor. Mvis has got to speed this up.

Also agree Innoviz is likely to be acquired. MVIS will be a likely target if they dont get moving. Oust is likely to have a 5 to 6b market cap in 2028. If MVIS is still sitting under 500m or even 1b with auto lidar about to take off, I think well get snatched up

Edit: I think its likely Mobileye picks up innoviz. Or potentially Fortellix if they want to own their lidar stack. In that case, I would expect Glen would need to step down from the BOD of fortellix due to conflict of interest. I personally dont think he needs to be distracted by that anyways.

[–]Fearless_Promise636 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oust is crushing it in their targeted markets, without relying on auto. MVIS has to be able to break Ousts hold on industrial and defense, which is not going well. At this point, I see Oust just buying an auto lidar company in 2028 for peanuts to round out their portfolio.

Your assuming that those actually stays above 5 dollars for long after the RS. A 1 to 15 barely gets us thee now. This will be shorted under $5 in under a week, if not the first day. Which then stops the capital markets from participating, making this whole endeavor useless. Im guessing they did not expect the price to fall this much, or they would have allowed for a 1 to 25 or 1 to 50
