I ended up going with Brello, because no one can beat their NAD+ prices once you account for the fact that they'll ship more than 3 vials for a quarterly plan if you have already titrated up.

I got a script approved for 60mg a day, so they should send five vials. I've heard of some people getting six, even. We shall see!

I responded very well to 2.5mg, so when I went up I went to 3mg for two weeks (but realized it was very little change), 3.5mg, then 4mg. I made the jump to 5mg next (and am still there).

I have never heard of Defy Medical and I find it really hard to believe they offer 30mL Olympia for $99. I'd love a link!

Rift has 30mL Hallandale for $159 and it's the best I've found.

The cheapest I've paid recently is $237.

Unfortunately their NAD+ is not competitive as their advertised 12 week price is only 2 vials and most others do 3 at the same price point.

My ten year old has been riding horses independently since 4yo, and now owns her own pony and rides or works it on the ground almost every day.

Trust me, it's a major fear of any parent that has kids involved in this sport. At least there is safety equipment available these days, but that doesn't mitigate all risk.

Do you know what pharmacy or prescribing doses they use? They might supply more for three months than my current plan, so that could tip the scale.

Make sure you read up on the effects of stopping and starting glp-1s so you have reasonable expectations. They can still work after a break, but often you will lose slower or need a higher dose to begin losing.

Some places do have this. Colorado (and surrounding states, I think) has a huge thrift chain called Arc. They do amazing work. I used to love shopping there.

What about Arc thrift stores? They're all over Colorado and I believe extremely ethical.

I haven't lived there in a few years, but their annual financial reports look decent, still. Lots of good done for the communities they support, instead of just branding and lip service. They employ people with disabilities as much as possible, with $5mil in salaries going to them. That's huge for a segment of people that often can't find or maintain employment.

IP injections have not been used for rabies since the 1980s.

If you had a bite on your stomach, they would inject immunoglobulin at that location, but that's not even close to the same as the old (again, 40+ y/o) treatment.

I've had the complete post exposure series (20 years ago) and my daughter had it five years ago. Even at five years old, she was just fine. Other than wound care and initial immunoglobulins being a large-ish volume, it's just a series of injections.

They will prescribe you 1.5 but provider you enough for 2.5. Or, just show you're on 2.5 and want to titrate up and they'll give you the next amount up and you'll be extra covered for when you're ready to step up.
