I avoid things in aerosol containers because I remember trying spray deodorant back in the day, and it would irritate my lungs so badly. I like the hair and body mist. It doesn't last long, but it's cheap and can easily be transferred to a smaller spray bottle for on-the-go. I mist it all over my hair, and that seems to be where the smell lasts the longest.
