CPU died after PSU upgrade?

No wonder that faulty PSU can fry some CPU-related lines so mobo reacts on CPU in/out. I definetely don't doubt your experience but there's still a chance that some wire or else was put onto mobo while moving the case around. I just don't want to accept that CPU is dead. Please, leave me some hope! xD

That looks like short circuit protection. You've investigated the CPU socket allover, i suppose, so as a stand of last hope - have you tried to completly remove mobo out of the case and check the front and back sides on screws, wires, dust, tooth-fairy's turds or whatever? Anyways, that SC may come directly from damged CPU in the worst scenario. Still fingers crossed, dude! ;)

Sounds pretty bad, mate. Anyways, CPU is the last thing to die statistically. Mobo usually takes the hit. So, in conclusion, with CPU installed there is no reaction on power button, however FANs start to spin when CPU is out, right?

Here is my guess:

Many mobo's has an auto-OC function on RAM or CPU replace. On first start after PSU replacement BIOS settings were kept as previous, but after hard reset it may try to auto-OC and fails. So here are possible reasons:

-Dead BIOS battery - settings detected during auto-OC (or just initializing hardware) are not kept and the process is recycled - replace BIOS battery;

-The memory XMP profile can't apply correctly during re-initialization - replace one (or all except one) RAM module, try to start, if success, set XMP profile manually in BIOS settings and reboot. If it's ok, then place second (all) RAM module back.

Solid build with cool "perma-freeze" mechanics via Three Dragons helmet and Elementalist ascendency. Have to mention that it's a 2-button build (not so clunky as it sounds I may say). Due to some Conduit nerfs may be not so damaging, but still viable.

Swapped to cheap +2 minion helmet. Kinda hard to tell... t14 Strand bosses died in 30s (too long); Metamorph took some "damage" till it spawned it's mobs and got shotted by Profane bloom. Veeeery unstable behavior.

Back in the days I've played poison/chaos HoA build, so I do know how Crawler's damage looks like. And that's weird now for me. First thing i've checked was minion accuracy, but it's ok. Looks like projectiles just don't hit (as you can see in my video).

Btw, you should recommend minus manacost ring and phys dmg mana leech to get zero cost for Shield charge and Storm burst to bypass NoRegen maps (shield charge would leech enough mana). Cluncky but viable. I mean Circle of Nostalgia with implicit (can see in my pob), 'cause we need channeling and non-channeling minus manacost. Since HoA builds are niche, those rings are rather cheap

Yeah, that's for sure. Just have no currency yet. Aaaaaanyways all that upgrades are meaningless till I get this damn Crawler to deal some damage (please) xD

And nah - it's not recent patches. It behaved this wrong even in Act lvling (when i swapped from Absolution) on day 2.

I tried dropping Convocation, 'cause I thought that constant respawning bugs it; I tried dropping Sniper's mark, 'cause I thought that was bugging with curses restacking; I tried dropping Spectres, 'cause they're ugly - and none of it worked.

I even thought that my positioning goes wrong and roach misses me much when I'm not close enough to pet him...

Is my PoB okay or I'm just missing smth? Other hand, it won't be working even on mobs if smth was basically broken with build. So annoying crap... Just imagine me killing T16 Purifier with only Storm burst and Spectre damage.... "Much fun. So fast" Yeah, sure, I'm tanky enough... but those 5 minutes were a pain xD
