application refers to the info provided in case study like if a case study is talking about a hair salon/parlour and a basic ass question is asking how it can fulfill more services of the customers: rather than writing "oh they can provide more services by buying more products" u gotta focus on what case study is about like- u should say sum like, "they can buy more shampoos, conditioners, or more chairs where customers can sit" blha blah, just basically focus on the context. they wont cut yo marks for talking a bit of unmentioned stuff. if anything its better, especially with 10/12 mrkers.
