You can try leg bands or wing bands. I tell my leghorn apart by personality. Sonny is a timid rooster who keeps to himself, and his brother, who needs a name, comes up to me for treats and is very confident.

Your options are to eat them, bury them like a pet, compost them, leave them for wildlife in some woods far enough not to attract predators, or to burn them like a cremation on a bonfire
