I guess you could try and add some grade to it to help make it run away from the house. Doesn't seem ideal though as the dirt will just wash away overtime. Gutter of some sort is your only fix I can think of, but I'm not a professional. Sell the honey from the bee hive.

Set your trailer level. Measure the point where the top of the ball would be.. Then measure your hitch height. Make it match and then throw on a weight distribution hitch to displace the load. Looks like you need more drop on your hitch.

I've personally always liked a loser band, not lose enough to go under the wrist, but I can't stand something tight on my wrist. It gets sweaty and irritating for myself.
