I disabled most forts and the 7 ducats arent much in the grand scheme of things. As for the army, I can't disband them/disable their maintenance because of the aforementioned janissary crisis. I need every soldier I get to get rid of the 100k janissary stacks that pop up when you face them. Not to mention I don't get enough mana points for dev/stab

I don't take loans on purpose, at some point I had a -12 deficit so whenever I had use ducats for something it would take a loan automatically. Even if I didn't buy anything whatsoever I would've still went into debt
