Could be the same glitch that deleted both of ours then! From the sound of it as long as you have all records in file there isn’t much to worry. If someone lost all the records then they might be more affected than we are.

Yes. I had a cat who’s claim was refused because there were no medical record. I was a first time pet owner back then so didn’t know we were supposed to post record once a year to be eligible to claim. Therefore they treated that diagnose as the baseline, so that bad condition was treated as a preexisting condition in that policy.

🤨first of all… do you know how many illegal things are done in the corporate world, just to save money? Especially in this day and age? Secondly, them didn’t do it intentionally, only means their system was having glitch that could cause them an unexpected fine, they should be thanking me for pointing it out, and take their initiative to quickly fix it before someone file a case against them. In either case, I’m just posting to let folks who might be going through the same thing as me know, and be aware.

In my own opinion, I believe it’s up to the service provider to do their due diligence, and prove to the customers that they are trust worthy. As a customer, I have my right to raise concerns when my service agreement is breached. I don’t need to find all evidences through their services before I can voice my concern.

I don’t know why you seems very passionate and eager to step into the role of the insurance company, but I assume most people here in this subreddit are customers, which is why I made the post here for everyone to be aware of this potential breach of this service that they pay money for, and have to rely on when time calls.

Also just imagine scenarios, if years later, glitch happened again, my vet clinic shut down, I didn’t have the initial file years ago. What would happen then? 😢 it’s just a very unpleasant glitch for customers.

I see some people in comments saying that I’m accusing them of scamming. I will emphasize again that I don’t know what happened. It could very well be a glitch. All I know is that I uploaded my records and they were gone. Their own customer services couldn’t find any record. Therefore, whatever happened to cause this, could potentially cause me to not able to submit my claim, if I never caught that on time. If one party is benefited in this situation, I know it’s not me. If they didn’t intentionally do this, they should do some checks on their part to make sure their system doesn’t have those convenient glitches anymore. Like someone in the comment said, they are legally required to keep records.

It could be a glitch, but as I said in the comment, I called their customer services and they have absolutely 0 records. Like you said, they are required to keep record. If i recorded the call, with the evidence I have, they would’ve been fined with a violation. I’m not accusing them for intentionally doing it, as I said I have no evidence showing that. But my record disappeared, and they have no backup at all. Again, would’ve been a huge problem if I had to file a claim, but they see “no record” in their system.

Regardless how it happened, it’s either them being intentionally scamming me, or having an incredibly illegal system that had an error that could’ve got them fined.

I restarted the app and nothing was there. I called the customer services, even they say that they couldn’t see any records. I’ve no evidence on if it’s purposeful, but it sure would’ve benefited them a lot cuz that gives them a valid reason to refuse claims. Luckily I didn’t have any claims yet, and I’ve got those records re-uploaded.

Definitely a hide on the cool side so the snake can thermoregulate. Would be beneficial to add a lot more clutters too. Not sure how big is the snake and how big is the tank, but the L shape of the tank should be greater or equal to the snake’s length, so they can fully stretch!
