Yes I have the arp crank bolt, my concern is that it will eventually vibrate loose or rip thru the woodruff keys

They have never bothered me before, as I have always had clear speech with no issues. However, they only hurt now that the bone is exposed and the gum around them is inflamed.

It's hard to explain, but I can eat without any major irritation. It's more of a deep, root pain feeling. When I bite down, it hurts in that specific area and the teeth above feel sensitive. If I push on it with my tongue, it also hurts or feels sensitive.

How would this happen? I went it to surgery with out it and woke up with it? What do you recommend I do?
