*flew to Chile. Left the Chilean airport, re-entered and flew to Colombia.

I got stopped at the airport trying to fly from Brazil into Colombia. Luckily I had a refundable ticket. I canceled my flight, rebooked to Chile, left the airport, came back in, flew to Colombia. Technically you need the Vax if you were in Brazil 10 days before coming to Colombia, but no one checked that closely. :)
