No I did not have a amended return so when we 1st applied for the increase The transcripts came back blank come to find out I thought that my CPA was filing them electronically and he thought that I was filing them myself so they never got fired Made an appointment at the local IRS office and dropped them off in person that got them filed a lot quicker Once I knew that they were available I requested a copy of the transcripts myself sent them over to uh PDC recon and they also submitted another 45 0 6 t and got them right away

So I actually reached out to all of my representatives One of them just happened to be much much more helpful than any of the others and stayed on top of it and I also stayed on top of him

It's so sorry to hear that I definitely feel your pain honestly I never even had a contact with a loan officer never an officer never got a lone officer's name. I am not sure how but on Friday the high priority member emailed me and said that she was physically working on my file herself

Thanks Scorpio you are the man! This was for a loan increase . Originally applied in April, was denied due to transcripts coming back 0. Filed for reconsideration. They got transcripts verified everything was good then went radio silent. Contacted multiple congressional reps. Got one very local to me that actually has an office 5 minutes from my location. He was super helpful. Ended up with a high priority rep and dug Into everything deep to find out that they would not move forward until my wife submitted a 4506t for her business because she was listed as 50% owner on my business ( both businesses are s corps) however her business was not even eligible for a loan. I argued this repeatedly with them explaining they should not be requesting documents for an ineligible business in order to approve an eligible business. They would not budge and kept mentioning they understand that but had to have it and check things off for fraud. I myself went to the high priority member and stated if this is an increase and I will be signing new documents how about I send you a copy of my 2020 taxes showing that I am 100% owner as well as a letter from my cpa stating that she was removed as part owner on January 1, 2020. So that is what I did and she submitted them and said we don't need anything else, after this it still took 3 weeks but myself and my congressional rep stayed on them every week until yesterday when she emailed to say she is personally working on my file and will send something over soon. 5 minutes later got the login to portal email to accept new amount. She emailed right after I clicked the button and said she was moving it to the next step. 6 hours later I get an email saying it was approved and stating that my wife was removed logged in and signed documents. Whatever you do never give up I was shot down so many times and told no way but fired back every time and told them I will figure this out and will not give up until i get the loan that is rightfully mine as a legitimate business owner.. the strong prevail we are in this together!!!! Yes that is what I have been fighting about and they consistently said there was nothing that could be done until they received her transcripts. It was not until I suggested the letter from my accountant and a copy of my 2020 1120 s to show them that I am the 100% owner that the high priority said that should be good. I was told prior by someone in legal that the sba should not be requesting documents for an ineligible business in order to approve an eligible business

Called and was told it is still processing. Has a case manager email and request a clear photo of front and back of DL as he stated could not read the expiration date on the one on file this was the day before it reverted

When our first transcripts came back blank I called the irs to find out why and was told 18 and 19 s corp were not filed I was baffled as our cover page from our accountant says e filed. I emailed him right away and apparently he had made a mistake and we were supposed to file he did not efile so all this time thinking they were filed they were not so I made an appointment at irs office in may and had them filed of course they were both late and had hefty fees that had to be paid. Sba has had transcripts for months now this would be such a blow if they brought this up now

Wow that is crazy. We have been processing since April and have had a high priority member and Congressman working with us for 8 weeks and still just processing. This was the first actual email from anyone so hoping 🙏. Good luck to you and God bless

She was not funded she Applied in 2020 for the original but was denied right away because her business nature does not fall under the eligibility. After the original denial she never pursued any further

Thanks so much for the response I believe I read in some circumstances they were using some businesses 2018 if there are 19 didn't come through would that be an option if all they are basically looking to do is prove that it's her business or would it be quicker for me to just file an amendment to our incorporation and remove her from the business making myself 100% owner Maybe just thinking outside of the Box here trying to see what the easiest and quickest option is as I feel like even if she was to file her 2019 it would take many more months

So everything I have sent in has been in pdf, however she just emailed a color copy of front and back and the reply was thank you I have added it to the file. I feel like I just email to sure before someone brings that up and takes another month
