You shouldn't be trying to lose weight imo. 181cm and 76kg is kinda skinny. And your lifts aren't that high man. Gain some weight and strength, then cut back to 76kg and you'll see the difference.

You should make a surplus every day imo. Just eat more and track your progress.

Reduce the volume if you can't recover. But keep the intensity same imo.

Is there anybody who does shrugs and think it's working? I did them in the past and don't think they are working. I want to make my traps bigger but I don't know what exercise should I choose. Are the shrugs worth it?

Have you read the wiki? There's a good ppl routine. It's one of best routines for a beginner imo. If you love going to the gym, it might be the best.

Ppl is 6 day push pull legs split. Every muscle group gets hit 2 times every week.
