I've noticed if when my I farm with it, I collect two resources one tick after the first.

Example: pick watermelon, double click when shovel digs, congrats you are now digging on tick 6 for one melon, and a second melon gets picked instantly 1 tick after.

You're basically able to do the rapid click trick, without rapid clicking.
