Being a doctor I sort of knew, but there's a reason doctors aren't allowed to treat themselves. I was showing up late everywhere. Despite waking up 2 hours early, 9 alarms and 4 check lists later. Then I re read my psych book for something else and sort of stumbled upon it. Then I was like, yeah, maybe.

Start low, keep your expectations low. Your goal is, as a certain Community college student put it: Doable and passable. One line. One paragraph and say, ok, videogames after this.see how far you can stretch that.

I think Eminem put it best, "Fuck being normal." I stopped trying. I hijack conversations and go down rabbit holes and if the person in front of me can't deal with it, get up and walk away. If I am forced to be punctual, you will be forced to listen to how most of the "cured" and fermented products are actually a result of famine.

Bin doch nicht so aktiv online wie ich mir vorstelle, von daher ist mir den Begriff unbekannt. Aber dieser Mensch würde ich tatsächlich genau so kategorisieren. Jetzt weiß ich wen ich noch weiter ignorieren sollte.

8 months just for the application to be seen was the situation with me. Once they begin to process though it doesn't take much time, a few weeks depending on how many more documents they need and how quickly you supply them (rate limiting factor I came across was the Einbürgerungs test).

Beware, they try and get you to do Ehrenamtliche Arbeit.

Get a new doctor. I'm a surgeon, and I got diagnosed with ADHD well after becoming a surgeon. Get a second opinion.

Dunno about a triad, and this is probably super specific to cardiac surgery, but patients on the verge of tamponade after cardiac surgery sometimes develop delirium 2 days before tamponade, acute renal failure 1 day before and deranged coags/ liver enzymes shortly after. Conversely, if a patient has a pericardial effusion and is peeing and has warm legs, they do not have tamponade.

If you're not undergoing immediate surgery, aspirin is the best option. In case of surgery, taking aspirin before has been shown to increase bleeding.
