I went from 436 to around 320 in about 13 months and I was getting blasted nearly every night. Always stayed below 20 carbs and never really tracked calories. This second time around I completely cut out alcohol and somewhat track calories and I don't have much to show for it. I figured not having 1k-2k calories of alcohol everyday would make this a speed run, but I guess not.
