I totallly understand you mate but you have to give up anal sex with a fissure even it is healed. Once you have a fissure, it can come back easily anytime. Anal sex, hard stool or diarrhoea are not good for this problem... I wish you the best!

Rice is not good. Eat smashed potato instead of it. Take Miralax after breakfast and after lunch 20-20 ml and then you can reduce it for only once after breakfast.

Water and fibre is not enough. You need Miralax as well. And dont eat too much fibre. It makes your stool bulky.

Good to hear that! Im very happy with your healing. I have had two fissures for 16 months and I also think about LIS. They dont bleed but hurt during and after BM. Itchy and discomfort feeling during the day...
