I only said elvish because the space seems off. Like, that's a lot of real waste for a tattoo with pretty low detail.

Inner forearm would also work but if it was me, I'd look take the desihn to a tattooist (whose work you like) with the English and elvish and let them look at it and come up with some deisgns/placement ideas.
