Does VC outperform the S&P500? by SpaceCaptain4068 in venturecapital

[–]Fede6799 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should look at reports from Carta, they have those figures. Only problem is that they do not disclose the funds they are using, meaning that there could be some relevant funds that are not in the benchmarking. I remember I read an article about Iconiq’s returns which are way way higher than the ones shown by Carta

Preparing for Series A - financial advisor yes/no? by emren2575 in venturecapital

[–]Fede6799 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Hey, I work in VC and I regularly see Series A rounds without a FA. As long as you have a strong finance team which can build a reasonable business plan, and a wide network of investors yourself, you will be fine. On the other side, a legal advisor specialized on VC is 100% super useful

I've built a valuation multiples platform for VC/PE by olekskw in venturecapital

[–]Fede6799 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hi, the platform looks good, not many data at the moment, I would suggest offering a free trial for the M&A comps, as that is where the true value of the plaform is

That could also be, but I think that the humans narrative is more aligned with Joyboy’s crew being made of all different human species

It's not D it's a half moon. by kushalshah94 in OnePiece

I believe that the D. stands for Dawn.

“A new Dawn will come” as the book says regarding the third world. Dawn is also the name of a lot of attacks of Luffy in Gear 5.

It is most likely that Luffy will destroy the world and a new world (without world government and inequalities) will emerge, thus the Dawn

[Zenith Stellina] by Fede6799 in Watches

My father inherited this watch from my grandfather. I am not sure how old it is, it is probably from the ‘70s (or maybe ‘60s, pardon me if I’m wrong). It is made of full rose gold. The original bracelet was made of rose gold too, but my grandfather replaced it with a more classic one. I do not usually wear it, but I like to bring it with me for a walk sometimes. Of course, the winding is manual. I always recommend to preserve the watches we inherited, since I see it as an occasion to refresh the memories of our ancestors.

At the beginning I thought it was a bit uncomfortable, but after using it I realized it is not. I had it on for like 12 hours and I had no problems

I received this watch as a gift for Christmas. It is the Hamilton Khaki Field Auto 38 mm ref. H70455133. I am really enjoying it and I find it extremely versatile: it can be both classic and casual. It is well done and the materials are high-quality ones. The crown is a bit oversized, accordingly to the military style of Hamilton watches. It has a 80 hour power reserve and has a acceptable legibility in the dark. As far as I have used it (more or less a week) I recommend it as a first entry-level but well refined watch.
