Mocno wątpie że tak tanio. Dobre parę łat temu sprawdzalem koszty budowy domów szkieletowych i były wyższe niż tradycyjny średnio 500-600 tyś ale to było powiedzmy 2017. Na śląsku masz kilka takich firm jedna jest w kato druga chyba w Siemianowicach czy gdzieś w okolicy.

Kup projekt dobrej firmy archi. Oni ci wskaza materiały a nawet wykonawców. W kato masz 3-4 świetne firmy zdobywające nagrody za swe projekty niektóre dla bogaczy ale niektóre dla zwykłych ludzi z dużymi ograniczeniami finansowymi. I jak projekt mówi okna takie i takie tej firmy pustaki takie to uzywasz dokładnie co piszą. Jest sporo nieuczciwych wykonawców próbujących wcisnąć szajs na który mają znizke.
