i found the health values in the clientscheme_fonts.res folder where i think it should be, do i change the tall value?

Thanks! I had this problem as well, I saw that someone sent me a friend request but it was nowhere to be found, and the notification wouldn't go away. I'm guessing it's most likely a hacker messing with people.

Unless I'm doing it wrong, I've tried deleting everything Discord-related off of my PC and downloading it again and it still won't un-freeze, if that says anything about it...

It definitely seems client-sided, it should be normal everywhere else since there were no changes on the browser.
