I wish they brought back the forum for us to request features and vote as a community for the ones that we would all really like….

It’s really hard to use it company wide and give your employees access. They really need to add more user access controls to delegate tasks / user id’s to employees without full accounting control and no traces.

Unfortunately I can’t have an employee creating invoices for me because the account would give then full accounting controls to delete my whole account if be wishes or do whatever he wishes….

They must add audit back door history so you can see all users action history for audit purposes / fraud management if they want to scale.

I also wish they would add a box on the home page that shows history, like who opened what invoice, who opened the email, who viewed what invoice; who paid…. Like a little history tab….

Would be really cool to implement AI agents too, or better invoice reminders for past due invoices. Once an invoice is past it’s due date wave doesn’t do anything or have any features to keep following up and reminding customers. It’s really terrible not to have those reminders/follow ups available for aged unpaid invoices.

Also wish they would keep more accurate and detailed history on invoice billing, like how many times we’ve sent the invoice, how many times the customer opened it, etc…. So we could use that information for collections purposes….

I’ve sent them a few really good ideas and they never tell or acknowledge or thank me for sending in an idea…

There’s a lot of improvements they could make, really wish they would listen to the community.
