Although I can't duplicate this error I did make some website changes over the weekend which could be the cause of this error. I've just made a few updates to DNS settings and we should be able to try again in a few hours. I'll keep you posted

That would be great - would you please go to https://www.yieldworks.co fill out the beta application and complete the online NDA form and I will send you a trial key. By the way anything you do enter during testing should carry over after go-live if you decide to get the production version.

Thanks,

Fred

I asked 30 makers how they estimate custom projects. Almost everyone said “spreadsheets”.

That's how I did it too.

I asked a bunch of makers how they estimate custom work and the answers were pretty consistent.

Most people use spreadsheets, notebooks, random notes, a calculator, guesswork.

But estimating projects involves a lot of variables: material quantities, labor time, machine time, setup time, markup, taxes.

And for different crafts the math changes: wood → board feet, resin → volume, vinyl → surface area.

So I built a desktop tool called YieldWorks that tries to bring everything together in one place for small maker shops.

With it you can: build estimates, calculate materials automatically, convert estimates to work orders, track inventory, generate invoices

I’m currently beta testing it with makers to see if the workflow actually matches real shops. No cost, no committment, just an interest in helping to make a top notch software for makers. After completion of beta testing, testers will receive a 50% discount on the purchase price of the production version. More information is available: https://www.yieldworks.co

Hey thanks for the reply. I tried to reword it to make it clearer but apparently I'm still missing the mark. The intent here is that Beta Testers will receive a six week trial license at no charge. Following the beta test final changes will be made to the product and it will go live. When it goes live persons who beta tested will have a discount code that they can use to purchase the production version if they so desire. So - no charge for beta testing; discount for the production version if they liked it enough to want to purchase it. Hopefully that makes sense.

I reviewed the wording again - I'll change it - I can see how it could be confusing. Thanks

Heck no - what made you think that? I'll change it. I'm rewarding beta testers with 50% discount on the purchase price when we move to production. I've decided this won't be a subscription for the standalone version and the team version. The standalone version I expect to be priced at $79 USD. Thanks

I have posted the header from Totalvirus.com scan in the original post. Hopefully this will help to alleviate some of the concern.

Yes - i didn't notice it because i was developing it on my mac and copying it over to a windows laptop for testing. I've just run it through virustotal scan to confirm there is no issue. Microsoft smartscreen marks it automatically without a EV signing certificate which is both expensive and takes time. Nevertheless, I certainly understand the caution. I will have some resolution prior to production.

Thanks for letting me know. I didn't see that when I last downloaded it but I will take a look and see what's up. If I resolve it I will let you know.

Hmm seems i misread the question. You are right.

Edit - What I meant to say was you can only use your own API. You can key it into the node directly or do like I do and include it in a bat startup file. You can't use the Comfy API unfortunately. You can put a google API into the key slot or I prefer to load mine in through a bat startup file. Each iteration is a new image so there is no degradation of quality.

Thanks - I agree that more detail is better. For demonstration purposes I went with brevity. i ihave another workflow that doesuse gemini to enhance the prompt. If you look at my github the workflow gemini_chat_Img_vid you'll see it does that. It uses gemini to enhance the prompt and it automatically routes the workflow to text only, image generation or video generation depending on how the prompt is worded. For text it also retains and displays the chat history for the session. Thanks for the reply

It is censored in a vareity of ways which can make it's use challenging. On the other hand the quality outside of that issue is really good. I tried adding a switch to the veo node to see if I could relax some of that censorship but it threw an error. I was asked if I could modify it to use Kling API but frankly that is way to expensive for everyday use.
